Due to the ongoing uncertainty of the Covid-19 situation, the trustees have decided to hold this year’s AGM by Zoom. This worked very well last year, we hope as many of you as possible will be able to join us.
To join the meeting, you must please book your place in advance by email to [email protected].
Anyone can attend, but you must be a fully paid-up member to be able to vote at this meeting. Nearer the date, everyone who has contacted us for a place will be sent the necessary Zoom link and meeting agenda and documents by email.
