Cat Action Trust 1977 helps feral cats; that is abandoned domestic cats and their offspring living wild. When left uncontrolled to breed, these cats suffer malnutrition, disease and starvation. Most of their kittens die miserably through accidents or exposure. Our policy is to help the plight of feral cats without killing; all adult cats are neutered and returned to site, while young kittens and tame cats are taken in and found homes.
Please help our branches to continue the important spaying and neutering work they do by filling in as many cats on our Christmas Appeal Form as you can. Each cat represents £1. Ask your friends to help! It costs on average £25 to spay a cat.
If you manage to fill in all 25 cats on the page, you will have paid for the spay of one cat!
The money you collect can go to Headquarters to help our work with feral cats and kittens. However, it is the CAT 1977 branches that do the direct rescue work and who have to pay the vets’ bills, so you may prefer to nominate a branch to receive your donation directly .CAT 1977 branches participating in our Christmas appeal are:
